Do not use gzip in the fileset

The hardware should default to have hardware compression on and at the
proper density so in most cases you should not have to set this. The
reason why I recommend not to mess with the defaults is that you can
get the tape drive to operate in a lower density mode (35/70 ...) and
once data is on a tape in the lower density mode you must erase it
with the commands I gave in the previous email to get it back to
normal.
