try to execute the bconsole command as the web-server user. maybe you 
have to configure "sudo" for this user and the commands.

i had to add this line to /etc/sudoers (!! start sudoers editor with 
visudo !!)

www-data ALL= NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/bconsole

(www-data == debian webserver user)
