Ok, don't worry. In somehow now it works. Maybe I forgot to write the label for 
this Pool. See the status from "bconsole" messages now:

This said to me that all is OK, for now Bacula stop send me messages over email 
and I have a break.

Jajaja, Windows typical. After I install Bacula 2.4.0 in one of my Win2003 
Servers I can't start the service and need to reinstall at leat 4 times.
