Bacvula encountered a blank tape

Bacula created a new volume entry - but apparently didn't label the tape.

Bacula found the blank tape again.
In /etc/bacula/bacula-sd.conf:
Do you have "LabelMedia = yes;" in the device section?
If that isn't there, then bacula will not label a blank tape and this
error is normal until you insert the tape that Bacula wants.
