I suggest you to get bacula-fd.exe out of the start up folder and set up de bacula service to start up automaticaly.
Just go "start", "run", them type "services.msc".
Go to the bacula´s service properties (by pressing the right buttom on it) and them select the automatic start. That´s all.
You don´t have to start bacula-fd.exe manualy or putting it on the start up folder. Just inicialize the service.
