Thanks Les for your replies.  I already found-out the solution to my problem..  I cannot add a new user to access my backuppc web interface because I was pointing to a different user database. After I got that one right, my next problem is  I did not omit “-c” in htpasswd that is why I cannot add a new user.

 

My next goal would how to grant limited permission access to each group other that the admin account.

What kind of browser was that?  The screen shot did not look like a web page.  Are you using firefox or IE?
