You can also simply ignore the access denied errors if you want to only
manage one config file for windows 7 / 2k8 / 2k3 / XP. Access Denied is
not a "stopping" error. It is informative.

I added the lines you reccommended and the same error is appearing.
You mention that Access Denied is not a stopping error, sorry for that it's my
fault for missing it out but the following also appear;

for the share.
