I had already removed the -N but it's stil not working.
I am able to list the content of my C$. My credentials are correct

I was "forced" to upgrade both Backuppc and Samba in order to support a Win7 machine and my backups (including those on Win XP machines which used to work) fail with the same error message. My configuration file does not contain the -N option. I am also in search of a solution.
