actually, when a restore is running, there should be a second button
"Stop Restore" (and if no restore is running, the button shouldn't be
there). What do you do if you concurrently have a backup *and* a
restore running? Stop both? Only the wrong one? ;-) If you're stopping
a restore, does the backoff apply?
