A few months back I upgrade the samba packages on my CentOS system, and 
I found that I could no longer properly authenticate to Active 
Directory.  The solution I found online was to re-join the CentOS 
machine to the domain.  Instead, I opted for downgrading samba to the 
previous version.  I wonder if you're in the same boat.
