The only thing I've noted here Dustin was amflush loses it and sends empty
messages to the printer from amreporter if there is a *.tmp file left
in /dumps from a machine crash, but no other files to flush. It also sends
an email of the usual length but all results are missing. This occurred here
when I was playing with mtools and locked the box completely, forcing a reset
button reboot.

That was while I was running my 'catchup' script which runs several backups
and flushes in a row to get amanda restarted after a long hiatus due to a
failed boot drive here that forced a re-install.

I *think* everything else is working, but will find out tonight as this will
be the first run via cron in about 50 minutes.

Comment: The presence of a .tmp file in the holding disk when amdump is
started is prima-faci evidence of a crashed dump or a machine reset. It is
not in the database, so if found at the startup, it should just be deleted,
it is of zero value anyway.

Call this a feature request please.
