Weird indeed. I've been doing Amanda restores for years already,
and never encountered it.
***Until today*** (and lucky to get it solved quickly, after the
diagnose from the amanda-users).
(This was not on Cyrus mailboxes, but a subtree of a filesystem
on an ftp server using hardlinks to save diskspace.)
Really surprised nobody else has noticed the bug before, indeed.
