   localhost amanda
   localhost root
   localhost.localdomain amanda

and in the last amcheck.xxxxxxxxxxx.debug i have:

   amcheck: dgram_bind: socket bound to 0.0.0.0.734
   amcheck: pid 6162 finish time Fri Aug 18 13:56:26 2006

Plus have a look at your debug file usually /tmp/amanda

Run command ls -lt|less and run less amcheck.20060818093001.debug
and less amandad.20060818093011.debug

Should give you information on whats happening.

In my disklist file in the directory of the configuration i have this line

    localhost /home/natalia full-always

what's wrong? What can I do to make amanda comunicate with my server host and backup him?
