Hello,
If i understand you correctly you should get what you are looking for by using amadmin: 
amadmin ConfigName find

Example:
-bash-3.00$ amadmin DailySet1 find
Scanning /data/amanda/hold...
date host disk lv tape or file file part status 2006-07-26 11:52:58 bugs.zmanda.com /etc 0 TapeSet1-1 1 -- OK 2006-07-26 12:20:19 bugs.zmanda.com /etc 0 TapeSet1-2 1 -- OK 2006-07-26 12:23:59 bugs.zmanda.com /etc 0 TapeSet1-3 1 -- OK
