And whats about /var/log/lastlog. Where do i have to exclude it?

Try "ls -l /var/log/lastlog"

Why is /var the problem?

sendsize[32213]: estimate time for /var level 0: 5480.174

It took 5480 seconds for this extimate.

To exclude the file, use a disklist entry like:

client /var  {
        comp-user-tar
        exclude "./log/lastlog"
        }
