The description of this parameter was pretty hard to understand, we
discussed this last week and the corrected version of the description
in the amanda.8-manpage says:

>The part of holding-disk space that should be reserved for incremental
>backups if no tape is available, expressed as a percentage of the
>available holding-disk space (0-100). Default: 100.

No more double-negatives, which are hard to wrap your head around.

You understood and explained this very well, nonetheless I hope that
the new explanation will be easier to understand.
