Does anyone have step-by-step instructions for Mac OS X server
installs. More specifically I just need to get the client on the X
server.

I'm hitting a lot of Mac OS X Server specific questions - specifically
what users and groups to use or create and what adjustmenst are
required for the file system. There are quite a few tar choices some
of which apparently don't work based on other posts, and some of which
will. I need to support the server's journaled HFS+ files system, but
it is the only Mac on the network.

I guess if I knew BSD systems well enough I might figure it all out
myself. There is a build in group operator with group id 5. No idea if
I should use that group or another as well as if I need to create a
new user or use an existing one. I assume a new one, but I'm not
sure. Remember this is installing the client on the latest version of
the server 10.3.4, not just an OS X machine - though I don't know if
that makes any difference.
