amcheck bug?

Hi,
Crontab performs on each weekday at 2 am 'amcheck -m office', and if
something is wrong with the hosts or the tapes, the administrator gets
an email with the error report.
The following problem occured:
Someone did a mistake in 'disklist' adding a duplicate line. Amanda
stoped working but no error was reported by 'amcheck -m office', though
running manualy 'amcheck office' on the Amanda server reported
'duplicate line...'
Is it a bug or nobody thought about it?
