Your installation says:

But your tape says:

The label on your tape does not match the requested tape-label.
Maybe something has gotten mixed up ...

What does amcheck say, if you insert this tape and run "amcheck
<conf>"?

Should give you an error like:

cannot overwrite active tape TAPELABEL

What is the given TAPELABEL?

Maybe you have re-labeled that tape since the dump you want to restore
right now?
