Hi all, 

For some reason, when my backups fail, the holding disk isn't being 
used.  I'm running a "weekly full dump" config, and have 'skip-incr'
and 'holdingdisk yes' in my dumptypes.  But the holding disk this 
morning is empty.

What did I miss?
