I'm using two configurations on the same host.
The first is a DailyBackup in tapeless mode like described in FAQ-o-
matic. It writes it dumps to the local disk (folder /amandadumps) 
and uses the automatic disk changer. This part works fine.
The second is a weekly Backup to my streamer which just should 
backup the folder /amandadumps once a week.
Because I don't want to waste my 120GB tapes with just a few bytes 
and it is not possible to put more dumps on one tape I'm using this 
workaround to have a whole week on one tape.
But this Backup to streamer does not work.
amreport says: FAILURE AND STRANGE DUMP SUMMARY:
  localhost  /amandadumps lev 0 FAILED [disk /amandadumps offline on 
localhost?]

I don't understand this. The amanda user has read/write permissions 
to this folder. Otherwise the first configuration also could not 
work.
My streamer works too and it seems not to be a streamer problem at 
all.

Does anyone know the reason for this failure?
