This is a tsm script run through an administrative schedule.

This error message points to how the database is configured. The HELP
ANR4588E info has some useful things to check. Review Chapter 3 of the
Installation Guide. There's a lot of interconnected things here.
Something may be changing them. Could be an ID/permissions issue. Is the
ID of the cron process that triggers the script the one you intended? It
could be an issue with the ID you use to run the maintenance script, an
issue that is circumvented when you log into dsmadmc and manually type a
BACKUP DB command. Just some random ideas.
