Andi,
It seems it would make this easier for the customers if IBM included the
license with the newer levels (which are recommended for download), so that
IBM's base level issue becomes irrelevant. It would simplify this for our
users for sure!

Hi all,
The IBM Spectrum Protect server package is updated with a new license when the
code is "re-based", i..e, that new level is being established as a new base
level of the software (not necessarily an x.x.0.0 level). It is the re-based
server packages that are put on Passport Advantage. 7.1.3.0 was the most recent
re-base of the server.
