BACKUP STG will issue the ANR1229W message if a volume in the source
storage pool is UNAVAILABLE, even if there's nothing on that volume that
needs to be backed up.

There was an APAR against 5.5 and 6.1 to change this behavior, but it's
back in 6.3.4, with nothing in PM06004 (from memory) saying that the APAR
was itself PE or later reversed.

1) How many of you routinely have primary volumes missing from your ATL,
presumably due to ATL capacity issues?

2) How many of you hate Warning messages you don't have to address for the
current operation (process) that issued the Warning?
