Hi Geoff,

MAPI errors are common until you get things configured correctly.
There are a few documents that will help you once you have
the error message:

In the User's Guide under the section titled:
   "Resolving MAPI and Exchange database problems"

Also look here:

If you continue to have problems, open a PMR so that we can
get a trace to find out what is failing.
