You don't need to put anything in the DSM.OPT file.
By default, Data Protection for Exchange will back up the
Information Store and Directory under Exchange Server 5.5.

If you want to bind those objects to a special managament
class, then you should add something like this:

   INCLUDE * MGMTCLASS
