The network Admin has tried that several times on-line, and was getting
files that would not copy.
We wanted a solution w/o taking the old server off-line, but that may not
be possible.
He has another solution now, so will see what he comes up with.

Besides, wouldn't it just be easier to map a drive letter from the new
box to the old one and copy the files?
