Larry,

I am sure you are already aware of this but I thought
I would mention it anyway. TDP for SQL 1.1.2 went
out of service on 01/26/2002.  See this web page:

TDP for SQL 2.2 has been out since January 2001 and has
many new features including full TSM policy management
of the backups.
