Can you elaborate as to what the difference is...
Are you able to do anything with the free TDSfSMA?  or MUST you buy the
TDS?

TDSfSMA is bundled with TSM 4.1 for free -- but ---
it requires Tivoli Decision Support, which retails at $21,000 or so.
