KEY=03 ASC=11, ASCQ=00 indicate a read error on the tape. Recently I had a
client
that was experiencing this on a 3575 library after having the library upgraded
for
the higher capacity tapes. The cause was a bug in the microcode. A fix to the
microcode helped.
