Hello all,
        This is an open question to all that may have had this problem.
My problem is that we run ADSM server on MVS.  We use DFHSM, RMM and RACF.
The problem is that the prescribed option for DELetionexit = ARCTVEXT, seems
to have stopped working.  I have some 100 tapes that RMM thinks are scratch,
and ADSM doesn't even know about anymore,  BUT , RACF still won't let them
go.  This exit was working until we upgraded to V 3.1.3 of ADSM.  Now it is
broken, and I can't figure how to fix.  Has anyone had a problem with Tape
Deletion Exit that sounds similar to this???    Please Help!
