Hi Othonas,
In my machine, the client version is also 3.1.20
adsm.client.aix42.admin    3.1.20.0
adsm.web.client.aix42    3.1.20.0
All other client lpp , such as adsm.client.aix42.base, ...common etc,  are 
3.1.20.6
