Since there is not a way for the ADSM scheduler to trigger processing you
cannot count on all your backups and copy pools to be complete before the DB
backup begins.  I've scheduled several copies of the stg pools (even during
backups)  so that the copies previous to the DB backup will not run as long.

I have multiple data base backups executing every day.  One is scheduled
some time after the backups are expected to complete.  The second is
scheduled prior to the nightly backups
