As a new ADSM customer, the answer seems strikingly obvious to me: The
ADSM software comes in a box with a couple of books, a README paper, a
bunch of other uninteresting papers, and as it turned out, my license
keys written on the rear side of a totally anonymous sheet of paper.

Your instructions should appear in this box as a paper denoted as
"INSTALLATION WARNING", or as a highlighted first page of the README
paper.

It is so obvious that the IBM software distribution should send this
information to customers. We get our stuff from the European Software
Manufacturing Solutions. They ought to be able to handle this.

I still think that the ADSM V2.1.0.0 CD-ROM should be withdrawn from
all distribution channels !
