Windows XP client tivoli backup failing: ANS1228E Sending of object 'C:' failed

Hi,

We have a Windows XP client that is failing with the following message, has anyone dealt with issue before?


ANS1802E Incremental backup of '\\ppc-dy67gf1\c$' finished with 30 failure

11/25/2010 10:04:26 ANS1512E Scheduled event 'MIDE2' failed. Return code = 12.
11/26/2010 00:23:34 ANS1228E Sending of object 'C:' failed
11/26/2010 00:23:34 ANS1468E Backing up Automated System Recovery (ASR) files failed. No files will be backed up.

11/26/2010 00:29:53 ANS1512E Scheduled event 'MIDE2' failed. Return code = 12.
11/30/2010 00:10:17 ANS1512E Scheduled event 'MIDE2' failed. Return code = 12.
12/01/2010 00:03:19 ANS1228E Sending of object 'C:' failed
12/01/2010 00:03:19 ANS1468E Backing up Automated System Recovery (ASR) files failed. No files will be backed up.

Windows XP pro version 2002 sp3 Tivoli Backup Client 6.1.4

XP server needs ASR KB even a SP upgrade as well
