What should i do?

ANR8359E Media fault detected on 3590 volume PPA121 in

drive RMT5 (/dev/rmt5) of library 3494.



I have read the help for this message, but since this is the first time i face this error, what should i do, same as the help says?

Same as the help says is a good determination as to what's going on with the tape. This way, you can see if it is an actual tape error or if it was an error on the drive that caused that message. If possible, don't do the audit of the tape in /dev/rmt5.
