Hi,
Is somebody here has a cookbook (installation/implementation) or a link that I can look into in using virtual tape/drive whose willing to share?

I am using virtual volumes in order to do off site vaulting. However the virtual volumes point to physical tapes in a disaster recovery tape library.

each product is different as far as hardware setup and installation once that step is complete its as easy as configuring TSM for a library.

Sorry not much help but the question is pretty generic.

ok here are more info that might help,

tsm server: aix 5.3 ml 7
tape library: ibm ts3310 lto3 with 2 drives
tsm version: tsm 5.4
