urgent: dsmadmc pl. help!!

I am trying to execute dsmadmc command by specifying the full path. i.e.



suppose my currnt directory is 'gom'



so I am doing



c:\gom>c:\tivoli\tsm\baclient\dsmadmc



the command executed only if I copy the dscameng.txt file and dsm.opt file to the gom directory. I don't want to do this. is there any other way out?



in short,



is it true that dscameng.txt as well as dsm.opt files need to be in same directory as dsmadmc.exe in order to execute the dsmadmc command properly?



is there any way to specify the locations of the dscameng.txt file while executing the dsmadmc command?

What environment are you running Tivioli in? ie DOS, Dos Window, UNIX ????

Set DSM_DIR variable. E.g. set DSM_DIR=C:\Tivoli\TSM\baclient
