upgrade TSM client

Hello,
To upgrade TSM client from 5.3.1 to 5.4.1, do I need to uninstall the TSM first or I can do it
on top of it. Does anyone has the steps?

You don't need to uninstall first.

I've found that if you stop ALL TSM related services (CAD/Sched) prior to upgrading you will not have to restart the system, unless you have open file/image/journal enabled.

by restart do you mean "uninstall"? Sorry my question is if I need to uninstall the current TSM.

Upgrading normally does not require uninstalling the current software install. Installers are quite intelligent and can determine that the current install base is a version lower and thus updates it.

You dont need to uninstall, just make sure you stop all TSM related services. Hope it helps.

I tried to update the software and here is what I got:

And I am sure I do not have the same version installed. I am upgrading from 5.3.4 to 5.4.1.
