Update mass passwords at once

Anyone know a way I can make mass changes of passwords on the TSM Master server. For instance, I want to make some clients have a password that is equal to their node name.

How many clients? If it is less than a few dozen, it might be faster to do by hand than to write a script to do it. What platform is your server on? If it is a Unix based system, I can write a korn shell script that will do it all for you. If you're on another platform, we'd have to look to see what scripting can be done on that platform.
