unable to define the server getting Invalid password - Illegal character '

Do not use the "@" character in the password.

I am defining library client by giving library manager and stbck70 has password which has @ in it
def library 8500-T1B libtype=shared PRIMarylibmanager=STBCK70

If I change the password of library manager than i have to change in all library client which are around 50 lirary client.

So looking for any fix on this ..Is they any option in TSM where we can disable it

Looks like at 6.3.3 or higher, the @ is valid.

Are some of your servers below 6.3.3 and some above? It does sound like it if you were able to use the password in some places, but not in others.

Yes this server is on 5.5.6,0

Looks like you have 2 possible options, upgrade to 6.3.3 or above or change the password.
