unable to backup on aix client

Can someone help me on this ,geeting below error on one of teh file ,while taking the incremental backup

ANS4007E Error processing '/data/*******/******': access to the object is denied

What user are you executing the dsmc command from on AIX?
Log in as that user and see if you can navigate the /data/*/* file system.

What uses the /data/******/***** filesystem? If it's an application then it could have the file open and TSM is finding the file locked by the app and cannot back it up. Files need to be in a closed state unless your backup process is set to DYNAMIC in the TSM copygroup setting associated with the node performing the backup.
