Have a look at the 2 previous messages, the paths you set for the log (C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\FDS) and the DB (C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\FDS) are either not empty or doesn't exist.
You also need to specify different paths for the DB and log, they can't lay on the same folder.

They should actually be on different disks. Unless this is a test machine with limited activity. If this is a production server, Windows, TSM or DB2 will crash when (not if) C: gets full. Plus the performance will be terrible.

I strongly recommend that you review the checklist for the database config:
http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledg...com.ibm.itsm.perf.doc/r_chklist_srvdbdsk.html

And the one for the log config: http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledg...m.ibm.itsm.perf.doc/r_chklist_srvrlogdsk.html

So bare minimum, you need 4 disks:
C: for Windows and program files
X: for TSM DB
Y: for active log
Z: for archive log
I used X,Y,Z as examples only, can be any letter, just need to be a different one for each and not shared with anything else. They need to be dedicated to their own purpose.
