Turn on TSM debugging for NDMP issues

I am having issues in device path definition. Even though I want it to use nrst it reverts to rst. I have seen this with TSM 6.2, 6.1.2 and 5.5.3. I need to collect logs from TSM. Could you please let me know the prcess to turn on DEbugging on tSM specific to NDMP.

Hi, the trace clases you are looking for on the TSM server are SPI and SPID.
IBM support should provide you wit the details on what needs to be done on the netapp to get the trace information.
Regarding your other problem with defining the path and that it is changing the device name I think that you should look at some older posts on this site
