[DEFECT] TSM Server 8.1.1 and TSM BA Client 8.1.0 on Linux

FYI:

We recently had this issue on Redhat 7.3

ANR0162W Suppemental database disgnostic information: -1:08001:-30082 ([IBM][CLI Driver] SQL30082N Security processing failed with reason "15" ("PROCESSING FAILURE"). SQLSTATE=08001

A google serach for the error says it is a security issue and points you to DB2:

However, the resolution is to:

1. downgrade the BA Client and gsk files to version 7.1.6.5, OR
2. update the TSM Server to at least 8.1.2
