How do I get the script to find dsmadmc?

If you set up the environment correctly, you should see the %DSM_DIR% variable pointing to your client installation (including dsmadmc). With cygwin and uwin this will be imported and can be used as ${DSM_DIR}. So if you either change directory (cd ${DSM_DIR}) or adress it directly (${DSM_DIR}/dsmadmc), it'll work. At least it works for me using uwin.
