I have a situation were my scheduled report fit on a single scree but all at once extended to 7x's the width of the screen. I have installed the software to no avail. I can not find anything concerning the format of columns for the report. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

OK, found the problem. I had an 'ANR4013e' error message that was excessive length. Apparently the message text will not wrap in the report. I just filtered this message and the report is back to normal.
