TSM operator

I have a tsm server that require some daily checks from a TSM operator. I want to know if there is a way to disable certain commands so the operator can't run them? I am really concerned with the operator issueing the halt command.

Grant analyst authority instead of operator authority. See help 'grant authority'.

What checks are required? Why not create a report?

we are just getting TSM set up. Haven't used the reporter and don't have bert experence. Do you know of any redbooks or tutotials on using reporter?
