TSM on MVS: System Clock change

This may be well-known to all the TSM admins operating on the mainframe, but this weekend had the first time change since I've been working with TSM (either the adding of the daylight savings time or rolling back, like we did on Sunday). Unlike most mainframe products that auto-sync to a mainframe clock change, TSM does not. You have to re-cycle TSM after changing the mainframe clock to re-sync it.



Maybe that will help somebody some day.

.....or you can just go to the command line on your TSM interface and type 'Accept Date', this will keep you from having to recycle TSM. :grin:
