TSM for VE performance issues

I have performance issues in TSM for VE environment.
I try to full backup server only 8mb/sec transfer rate.
When I transfer large files between server and laptop 70mb/sec transfer rate.

Where should I start?

I do have the exact same performance (8mb/sec) at restore time. I've been Reading a lot and following all suggestions but could not improve this data transfer rate at restore time. I have configured VMMC to store data on a FILE storage pool with collocation=filespace, so all data corresponding to a particular VM is contiguous and rapidly accesible. I have configured VMCTLMC to store METADATA on a DISK storage pool w/o any next storage pool, so metadata is always reachable rapidly. Despite all these efforts cannot improve performance. Any suggestions are welcome.

If the issue is slow restore times, TSM for VE suffers on this area.

I have several post on this forum about this issue and to mu knowledge, things have improved on the later versions. I don't use TSM for VE now but have spent 6 months on this client environment when it first came. It was a painful experience.
